You have the wrong installation sequence, you should install the CD first, without the connection of 48UXP with PC in USB interface, or keep the LabTool-48UXP power off, when the USB cable is connect to the LabTool-48UXP, and the LabTool-48UXP is power on, the PC system will detect a un-know USB device has connect to this USB port and this port is now occupy by an un-know device which without USB driver on it, after the 48UXP USB driver install into PC, this 48UXP USB driver will not assign to this USB port, and result "can’t find the USB driver and system into DEMO mode" the solution is change this USB port in PC with another USB port , the system will work, or simply remove this un-know USB device in PC system under console/system/hardware/device manager, 48UXP will work on any USB port.
